TRAINER’S BACKGROUND:
I am a consultant in IT systems and networks infrastructure and started in the industry since 2001. I have had successful implementation and management experience in business-critical systems and telecommunications networks infrastructure. I am able to communicate on all business levels effectively, directing system processes, operating procedures and documentation on-site and for remote locations.
I have frequently conduct various technical courses with IT professionals from a wide spread of industries including oil and gas, banking, IT vendors to government sectors. My engagement in technical training started in year 2006. Courses that I deliver includes Cisco; CCNA, CCDA and CCNP, Microsoft IT Professional tracks, CompTIA and EC-Council’s CEH and CHFI. In many occasions, I also customize courses to meet certain project requirements undertaken by customers. This further enhances their understanding and concept applicability during their implementation. 1) Tridium Technologies Sdn. Bhd., (Sept 2001 – Feb 2002)
Position : Systems Engineer
Scope of work :
– Deploy and configure Microsoft Windows Client OS including Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 Professional, 2000 Professional and XP Professional.
– Perform configuration and maintenance work for 20 customer accounts nationwide on Windows 2000/2003 and Microsoft Exchange 2003.
– Maintenance of Active Directory, DNS resolution and MX records for Microsoft Exchange and Linux mail servers.
– Plan and determine system specifications, processes and for implementation of Group Policy Objects and security policies.

Scope of work :
