After a year of being stuck at home and working remotely, we finally managed to have a simple company annual retreat. This event took place at W Hotel for 3 days and 2 Nights with the theme: “Step Up”. The main idea of this year’s retreat is more about the team members’ personal core values. The team building activities conducted by the new team members which were interesting, fun and relaxing. With the power of our coach, Clement, the activities became more meaningful and more exciting.
At the same time, we had a gala night with company dinner, where everyone had to dress up as a movie star on the red carpet. I could see everyone’s excitement and enjoyment in the event. We have also invited our company investors as honourable guests to share our remarkable night.
The dinner was not just a normal annual dinner but at the same time, our Managing Director decided to throw surprises to the team members who performed well in different categories of core values. He strongly believes that people are the most valuable assets of Cloudify.Asia.
Last but not least, I am grateful to have such a good time with the team, no matter what our differences are. I am proud to say this is the best retreat have I ever experienced. It might look simple and similar to what other companies had done, but really it was much more than you would had ever expected. Thank you to our Coach and Managing Director for planning this remarkable retreat!
