As a consumer, I have been using Apple and Google cloud services for a while. Based on my own experience, these large company strategy is to ensure seamless customers experience. And the best way to do this is to have seamless interconnected applications.

However, it is extremely challenging to connect to competitor’s technologies or even its allies’ solution. Therefore, company like Google is focused to lock down customers’ interaction within its own ecosystem.

For example, offices that use Google Gmail will notice that the calendar invitation to their external parties embedded with Google native brand n format. Even a simple adding of my personal Gmail into my Microsoft Mail faces with errors and authentication issues for days.

So, when Google mentions that ‘Google Cloud believes that a multi-cloud approach is in the best interest of government agencies’, I am totally taken aback. It’s like “WAU”. It’s a huge thing if this is coming from the world of Google or even Apple. But not so for technology company like Microsoft whom announced the collaboration with Linux community.

What does this mean to you? It means that the technology leaders in the world start to adopt multi-cloud strategy approach as single platform or technology would not be sufficient to handle various needs for digital transformation. At Cloudify.Asia, we have been adopting and formulating the business  since day one of the company. We are pleased to see the larger boys are adopting the same.

Companies, which include Cloudify.Asia will have multiple choices of technologies to transform internal process and also to use these technologies to innovate for our customer. Cloudify.Asia enables digital transformation through cloud native services in public cloud, platform as a service in a complied location and reduce cost by integrating to existing infrastructure.

Imagine this. Your project team will have access to a single cloud portal where they can use chat bot, powered by public cloud artificial intelligence while connecting to local database where it contains sensitive data. Then, they also able to create new application based on container platform in  a secured cloud, managed by their IT team.

All these without the complexity of guessing the cost, ordering and consuming as these will be available anytime, anywhere and anyhow.
